Herefordshire members are invited to attend a pre-harvest health & safety event on 5 June, starting with registration at 8.30am.

Members will hear from stakeholders representing:

9.00am Safer Farms, Safer Communities: Institution of Occupational Health (IOSH) - Dr Gary Latta, Vice President (35 mins)
9.35am Discussion Panel: Sam Durham, NFU Chief Adviser (Land Management), John Campion, West Mercia Police & Crime Commissioner and Frank Cannon, Rural Safe Guard (40 mins)
10.15am Engagement with Herefordshire Fire Service: Dave Swallow (45mins)
11.00am Practical Session: Midlands Air Ambulance, Chainsaw Safety and Pesticide Handling Systems (45mins)

Refreshments on arrival at registration, a certificate of attendance and NROSO or BASIS points (applied for).
