NFU dairy members are invited to attend the next dairy board on 13 May at NFU HQ, where you will hear from AHDB and NFU with updates across the sector.

Our guest speakers will be:

•    Sophie Brewster, Knowledge Exchange Manager (Dairy) AHDB
•    Helena Reilly, Knowledge Exchange Manager AHDB
•    Verity Richards, NFU Chief Dairy Adviser
•    Amy Mepham, NFU Dairy Adviser
•    Erin Napier, Graduate in NFU Food, Farming and Environment Team
•    Rob Davies, NFU Midlands Dairy Board chair/National Dairy Board vice chair
•    Emily Wood, NFU Midlands Regional Policy Manager 

Agenda:

•    10.00am: arrival to include refreshments
•    10.30am: Introductions
•    10.40am: Minutes of previous meeting on 11 March 2026.
•    10.45am: AHDB Study Tour to Denmark (part of AHDB herds programme)
•    11.15am: AHDB Update from Helena Reilly
•    11.25am: National Dairy Board priorities with Verity Richards and Amy Mepham
•    12.15pm: refreshment break
•    12.20pm: Dairy Imports and Exports with Erin Napier and Rob Davies
•    12.50pm: Policy update with Emily Wood
•    1.00pm: Badger TB vaccination programme, update with regards to the roll out
•    1.15pm: AOB
•    1.30pm: meeting close followed by lunch.
