Join us at one of our upcoming tenant meetings across the Midlands for the latest information and developments.

At the meeting you will hear a presentation from either Senior Rural Surveyor Louise Staples or Land Management Adviser Eleanor Griggs who will give an update on the latest policy developments that will impact on tenant farmers.

This will include rent reviews, an update on agri-scheme development and the implications for tenant farmers, the latest Agricultural Landlord and Tenant Code of Practice developments, which encourages fair and responsible behaviour across the sector, and the work of the new Commissioner for the Tenant Farming Sector in promoting this.

There will also be an update on the latest inheritance tax news and the implications this has for tenancy value as well as a discussion on what is happening locally regarding rents and landlord/tenant issues. There will be opportunity for questions and debate.
