Fly-tipping and firearms licensing delays topped the agenda at a police barn meeting in Hertfordshire.

The event, on a farm at Kimpton, brought together farmers and the police, the Police and Crime Commissioner and representatives from the EA (Environment Agency) and North Herts District Council.

There was positive news about hare coursing, with the police reporting a 40% drop in incidents among the seven forces involved with Operation Galileo.
