Patrick McCloy’s family have been producing ducks for over 30 years, but they have recently changed the way birds are managed due to a shift in consumer demand.
We have been involved with rearing poultry since the 1950s. We started with chickens in small numbers, before progressing on to turkeys, and then eventually moving to the intensive rearing of ducks.
