Since the Bidlea dairy started processing milk 3 years ago, they have started doing ice cream, and out of five classes for ice cream at the international dairy awards, they won four golds and two silvers. Since then a coffee shop, vending machines and lots more is going on at Bidlea.
Ray Brown (Bidlea Dairy) – North West
Ray farms a family dairy farm with his wife Jill, daughter Mel, and two sons, Ryan and his wife Becky now run the farm, and the renowned Bidlea herd (that have most of the cow families that Ray’s grandfather started with 103 years ago,) and Adam and his wife Becky who head up the team that run the Dairy.
