Whizz Middleton Recipe Book 2017_47294“The farmers featured from our region grow crops including potatoes, wheat, carrots, parsnips and oilseed rape. That represents just some of the diverse range of produce grown in East Anglia, by farm businesses that employ more than 40,000 people across our region.”

The book includes a foreword from Countryfile presenter and farmer Adam Henson, who urges the public to celebrate all that’s great about British food and farming and to reconnect with the British seasons.

Oliver Bartlett Recipe Book 2017_46870He writes:  “Everyone is touched by this innovative sector, from the milk in their tea to the ingredients for their favourite dish, but people have become disconnected with how their food is produced and the best time to buy it in season. That is what this recipe book is all about.”
