R.A.B.I Sponsored Cycle Ride

nfu16 - rabi logo_31670Setting out on an epic, three-day ride a hardy group of farming folk plan to cycle around the perimeter of Nottinghamshire. The peloton will depart from Farmstar Limited in Newark at 8.30 on 27 June and travel over 160 miles to finish at Newark Livestock Market between 11.00 and 12.00 noon on Saturday 29 June.

The Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution is a welfare charity which changes lives for the better.

They offer financial support to farming people in hardship of all ages. They treat every application for support on its own merits, working with compassion and discretion.

To qualify for long-term financial support, applicants must normally be 65 or over and have worked in farming for at least 10 years. Dependants can also qualify for assistance.

Your sponsorship would be very much appreciated and every penny will go towards the work of RABI.
