The NFU EU exit and international trade team has put together a briefing document for members summarising the latest White Paper published by the UK Government on 24 July.

The White Paper sets out how the UK Government plans to legislate for the outcome of the “Article 50” Withdrawal Agreement negotiations. They will do this using the EU (Withdrawal Agreement) Bill which must pass before the UK leaves the EU on the 29th March 2019 in order for the Withdrawal Agreement to have domestic legal effect.

(The briefing is for members only - you will be asked to log in.)
