NFU President Meurig Raymond said: “Following Brexit, the British agricultural sector could see great change. During this time and the foreseeable future, it’s essential that our members have full access to the best advice for their business.

“We know for certain there will be elements of business adjustment for farmers in this country. Now is the time to collaborate with the people and companies delivering business advice so that farmers, with their help, are able to plan for the future well.

“These professional services are integral to the future of food and farming – an industry worth £112 billion to the UK economy, employing 3.8 million people across the UK.

“This Business Symposium, the first of its kind in NFU history, is set to bring together over 70 professionals from a variety of institutions – all influential in their fields. Together, in a united voice, we will ensure that farming is able to seize Brexit as an opportunity.”
