NFU announces new Director of Regions and Commercial

Chris McElligott NFU Director of Regions and Commercial

Chris McElligott will join the NFU in the Spring.Chris joins us from the CLA where he has held several roles, most recently as its Commercial Director.

NFU Director General Terry Jones said: “Prior to his time at the CLA (Country Land and Business Association), Chris held senior marketing and commercial roles in the insurance and finance sectors.

“As Director of Regions and Commercial, Chris will lead our member-facing teams and ensure our front-line member services, income generation and member representation are fully aligned. 

“David Hall will remain in post as Interim Director of Regions and Membership until May. I want to take the opportunity to recognise the impact David has had in post and thank him for his sterling commitment to our colleagues and members.”
