Entry period
All entries must be received by the NFU at the promoter’s address below before midnight on Monday 16 November 2026 and agree to these terms and conditions.
Winner selection and notification
The winners will be notified within 30 days of the closing date. The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries by the NFU whose decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners.
Eligibility
The prize draw is open to NFU Farmer & Grower members only, excluding NFU employees, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected to this research survey.
Participants must be 18 years or over. Entry to this prize draw is free. Only one entry per household is permitted. All entries are verified, and duplicate entries will be removed.
The NFU accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries. By entering, all entrants will be deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
Personal data
Entrants’ personal data will be collected, held and processed by the NFU (as data controller) for the purpose of administering this prize draw. Please note, your name and region of residence may be disclosed if you win this prize draw. Our NFU Privacy Notice explains more about how we use your personal data.
The winners name and region will be available on request by writing to NFU CallFirst at the NFU address given below and may also be published online and on social media.
Validity of terms
The NFU reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, withdraw or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside its control.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provision not held to be invalid.
