The initiative's aim is to bring women working in the industry together through regional meetings for training, networking and to promote the dairy industry.
Women in Dairy operates through a network of regional groups which focus on a variety of topics such as calf rearing, succession, finance, disease control and animal health and promotion of dairy products. The topics covered are chosen by the groups, using industry experts to provide the best information available.
The first Women in Dairy conference will take place on Wednesday 9 September at Sixways Stadium, Worcester.
