The scope will cover policy areas including, but not exclusively; organic regulations & policy, organic standards & certification and organic market opportunities as well as addressing practical challenges and constrains faced by the sector.

The Forum consists of 8 appointed members, each representing their region including Wales.

All applicants must be NFU members.

Meetings take place 4 times a year, usually March, June, September and December, typically held at NFU HQ, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire.

Members are expected to attend all meetings.

Members of the Forum can claim a day rate and travel expenses to attend Forum meetings, in line with the existing NFU member expenses policy.  Additional meetings will be eligible for travel costs only.
