Each morning workshop will cover essential health and safety topics including speedy first aid, fire safety, vehicle and driver legislation, keeping the public and children safe on farm and working at height. Registration is 9.30am for a 10am start. All attendees receive a certificate of attendance and light refreshments.
NFU Regional Policy Manager Charles Hesketh said: "It's vital that we do everything we can do improve the industry's poor safety record and these events are an effective way to highlight safer ways of working.
"A few hours spent at one of our workshops could literally be a lifesaver back on the farm."
Each county will host an event - view the full list here - and see below for further details.
Booking is essential. Call 02476 939403 or email [email protected] with the names of attendees. Due to the popularity of the events, places are limited to five people per membership
