The NFU has created a range of shareable resources to help you promote the Countryside Code, and especially responsible dog ownership when using public rights of way through farmland.

The NFU made several recommendations for changes to the Countryside Code. These were adopted in the Natural England's refreshed Countryside Code and to support this and to help get the word out we're asking you to share these graphic on your favourite social media channels.

Visit our New look Countryside Code page where NFU Deputy President Stuart Roberts explains how the NFU has worked to get the most from the new Countryside Code.

Plus, for dog owners, there are two videos from Graeme Hall.

We use Twitter to get the word out

See how we asked members of the public to take action by adding their name to support changes to the Dogs (Protection of Livestock) Act 1953. Tens of thousands members of the public took part helping us to influence change where it matters.
