Accommodation will not be booked for any delegates by the NFU.

There will be NO bag drop and hotel check-in facility at the ICC this year.
Your coat/luggage can be left in the ICC cloakroom.
The facility can get extremely busy, if you are planning to use it, please allow extra time before your session.
Registration
Please show your confirmation to gain admission to the registration area.
Name badges
Badges must be worn at all times for entry to conference areas and the dinner.
Lunch
Should you have any special dietary requirements please report to food service station 1 in Hall 3.

Payment
For anyone unable to pay online, please call our CallFirst team on 0370 845 8458 and quote your conference booking reference number to pay by credit/ debit card over the phone. Invoices can be issued where applicable, and VAT invoices will be issued on receipt of payment. All payments are due by 16 February 2026.

As animal rights campaigners have held demonstrations at previous events, we have security measures in place.
Please wear your name badge at all times inside the event.
