The process to apply for the renewal of dispensations and to apply for first time new dispensations has changed for the areas covered by the two forces.
For renewals and first time applications the process is as follows:

- The email application should include name, company name (if applicable) address, post code, contact name and contact tel. no., details of movements intended ( type of vehicle, frequency of movements, where e.g. counties of Herefordshire and Shropshire)
Please note that there is no facility to process postal applications.
