NFU celebrates winning team at Cream Awards

The NFU-sponsored Dairy Team Award at the 2026 Cream Awards has been awarded to RM West & Son in recognition of its outstanding team ethos and commitment to staff wellbeing.
RM West & Son has won the Dairy Team Award at this year’s Cream Awards.
Organised by the British Dairying magazine, the annual Cream Awards celebrate the people, businesses and innovations helping to drive the dairy industry forward.
With 14 categories, the awards showcase ambassadors who display leadership and innovation at a key time for the industry.
The Dairy Team Award, sponsored by the NFU, recognises teams that work together to support the health and wellbeing of both livestock and staff, while helping to achieve the businesses’ profitability goals.
Judges were impressed with the ethos and emphasis on providing work life balance at RM West & Son, enabling staff to grow and build their careers there.
They also praised the number of young people working within the team.
The judges said: “RM West & Son fully embrace this and understand that there is no ‘I’ in team, clearly showing that the success of their business and the care taken of their animals would not be possible without them.”
