£3000 Youth Jobs Grant now available to employers

The Youth Jobs Grant provides financial support to employers to the value of £3,000.

The Youth Jobs Grant offers a £3,000 grant to employers who employ eligible young people. To qualify a young person employed must be: 

  • Aged 18-24 years old 
  • Claiming Universal Credit and unemployed for at least six months 
  • Recruited into a role of at least 25 hours per week at the National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage for four months 

The grant is intended to cover recruitment and training costs to create meaningful jobs for young people.
