Are you a student completing a supply-chain related dissertation project? Would you like to win £150, and gain access to a range of industry contacts? If this is you, then the NFU's food chain team would like to offer you an invaluable opportunity.

Due to the external factors and pressures that students will be feeling we have made the decision to extend the deadline for sponsorship applications to ensure everyone has a fair chance of applying. The deadline has been extended for a further two weeks, to Monday 16 November.

The NFU is looking for students whose project or dissertation is linked to the following topics:

  • British food retailers
  • UK food brands, manufacturers or processors
  • The sustainable supply chain
  • Supply chain collaboration or engagement

The NFU is the UK’s largest trade association, representing 55,000 farmer and grower members across England and Wales and is regarded as one of the most effective lobbying organisations in Europe, negotiating with governments and pressure groups at a local, national, European and international level.

Should you be successful, you will gain the expertise of our highly knowledgeable teams and contacts throughout the year, offering help and guidance in completing your dissertation project.

In return we ask for access to your work. You will also be invited to visit NFU HQ (subject to COVID-19 regulations) and upon completion of your project, be awarded £150.
