EU Exit

Since 1 January 2021 the UK is no longer part of the EU or its single market. This means there are new rules and requirements for moving goods in and out of the country, and to Northern Ireland.

Throughout the Brexit process, the NFU has argued for free and as frictionless trade as possible with the EU. We continue to work on behalf of members to navigate the new requirements and to minimise disruption wherever possible.
