The NFU is set to bring together seasonal poultry producers at regional marketing meetings. Book now to join other producers for market insight, industry updates and valuable networking opportunities.

The NFU’s popular marketing meetings are returning this autumn – find your region and book a place on your local seasonal poultry meeting today.

Five events will be held across the regions, with two catering for the east and one each for the north, south and midlands.

Attendees will get the latest market intelligence and hear how NFU lobbying and advocacy is helping to address issues affecting poultry businesses.

They will also have the opportunity to network with other seasonal producers and to gain a new perspective on the industry by hearing from a fellow producer about their business.

The meetings are kindly supported by Kelly Turkeys, ForFarmers and Massey Feeds.

“The job can be a lonely and uncertain business for growers at times so it’s great to be able to come together, hear the latest insight from the experts and compare notes on best practice.”

Why you should get involved

Seasonal Poultry Group Chair Jonathan Smith said: “I’d urge sector colleagues and friends to come along to this year’s regional meetings to discuss the highs and lows of seasonal poultry production.

“The job can be a lonely and uncertain business for growers at times so it’s great to be able to come together, hear the latest insight from the experts and compare notes on best practice.

“It’s always an exciting time of year as we kick into gear with the #BuyMyTurkey campaign in the build up to #BuyMyTurkey Day – which will take place on Friday 4 December this year.”
