General election 2024: Farming for Britain’s Future

The general election on 4 July may well be the most important in a generation for British food and farming. The NFU is urging all political parties to recognise the crucial role our sector plays in the economy and health of the nation.

Our general election manifesto – Farming for Britain's Future – outlines what we believe the next government needs to deliver in order to support the nation’s farmers and growers.

We'll send a letter to the new Secretary of State responsible for food and farming with the total number of people who believe that British food production should be a political priority.
